Time, not headcount, is the constraint
You could hire. You could buy more software. You could try to configure the AI tools yourself. You won’t — because none of those give you back the one thing you’re actually short on: time.
We design, build, and train AI employees on your actual workflows and data — then stay on to run them. You don’t configure anything. You don’t build anything. You just ask it what you need and it works. Half is due at signing, half when it’s finished — you’re not paying for a promise.
You could hire. You could buy more software. You could try to configure the AI tools yourself. You won’t — because none of those give you back the one thing you’re actually short on: time.
You’re not looking for a tool. You want someone accountable for the output.
You’re ready to act on what we find, not just explore ideas.
Every hour your team spends on repetitive work is an hour not spent on what actually grows the business.
Most businesses can’t get real value from AI because their workflows weren’t built for it. The fix starts with the workflow, not the tool.
We redesign how the work actually moves, then build the AI employees that run inside that redesign — not a chatbot nobody opens. A role, with real responsibilities.
A focused set of AI employee roles, customized to your business, built and configured for you. Fixed scope, fixed price, built on a defined timeline.
When the work doesn’t fit a standard role. Scoped and built from scratch around whatever your business actually needs.
Both include hands-on training for your team and the option to keep us on retainer to run and maintain the system as your business changes.
Documentation is the first thing to fall behind as a business grows. The SOP Builder is an AI employee that captures how your team actually works, turns it into clear SOPs, and keeps them current as your processes, people and tools change. Nothing becomes official until you approve it.
It's the first AI employee most firms hire, because every role after it runs better on documented work.
We spend time inside your actual operations, not a generic intake form. You walk away with a clear picture of exactly where an AI employee belongs and what it should be responsible for.
We build it against your real workflows and data, not a demo. Typical builds run a few weeks, not months — you're not waiting on a long roadmap.
Every Build includes 30 days of hands-on training and in-scope adjustments after delivery — included, not an upsell. After that, most clients keep us on retainer: a weekly cadence to review what's working, and an open line to flag anything that needs attention in between.
Either way, you walk away with a working AI employee — not a slide deck, not a strategy document, not a pilot that quietly dies after the call.
I’ve spent more than 15 years working inside organizations — from the front office to the back office — seeing firsthand what makes businesses grow, what slows them down, and what happens when too much depends on too few people.
For the past four years, I’ve combined that experience with AI to solve a problem nearly every growing business faces: how do you get more done without hiring more people, working longer hours, or sacrificing the customer experience?
My background spans business operations, customer experience, communications, and AI-powered workflow design. I also hold a master’s degree in mass communication.
But here’s what matters more than my résumé: I understand the work before I automate it. I don’t believe in throwing AI at a broken process and calling it innovation. I look at how your business actually operates, identify where time and opportunities are slipping away, and build AI employees designed to take real work off your plate.
The goal isn’t to have more technology. The goal is to build a business that can do more — with less depending on you.
