Who we are

Upgrade with AI builds AI employees for growing businesses through The Upgrade Studio, and publishes a free newsletter on how AI is actually used inside businesses. We are based in Atlanta, GA. Our website is www.upgradewithai.co.

What information we collect

We collect information you voluntarily provide:

• Your email address when you sign up for our newsletter
• Your name and message when you submit the contact form
• Your name, email, business name, and details about your operations (the bottleneck you're considering AI for, team size, what you've already tried, and your timeline) when you submit a Studio application
• Your name, email, business details, and payment information when you book a paid Strategy Session or engage The Upgrade Studio for a Build or Build + Manage engagement

Payment information. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details ourselves — Stripe handles that directly, under its own privacy policy and security standards.

We do not run tracking pixels or use third-party advertising analytics on this site.

How we use your information

We use your information to: send the newsletter you signed up for; respond to inquiries submitted through the contact form; review your Studio application and decide whether to invite you to book a Strategy Session; and, if you book a paid Strategy Session or engagement, to schedule, process payment for, deliver, and communicate with you about that work.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for marketing purposes.

Newsletter platform

Our newsletter is delivered via Beehiiv. When you subscribe, your email address is stored in Beehiiv's system. Beehiiv may collect technical data (such as open rates and click data) as part of their service. You can review Beehiiv's privacy policy at beehiiv.com/privacy.

Cookies

Our website does not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. Basic session or performance cookies may be set by Netlify, our hosting provider, as part of normal site delivery.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send. You can also request that we delete your personal data at any time by emailing us directly.

If you are in the European Union (GDPR) or California (CCPA), you have the right to:

• Know what personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Opt out of any future communications

Data retention

We retain your email address for as long as you remain subscribed to our newsletter. If you unsubscribe or request deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days.
