Do I need a tech background?
No. Sekeitha doesn’t have one either. She has a master’s degree in mass communication — not computer science. Everything taught and built here works without code.
Which AI tool do you teach?
Whichever one fits the job. The workflows here are built around ideas that carry across the major AI tools, so you’re learning a system rather than a product. When a walkthrough genuinely depends on a specific tool, it gets named — otherwise use what you already pay for.
What kinds of businesses is this for?
The Upgrade Studio and The Upgrade Workshop are built for professional services firms — agencies, consultancies, and other owner-led firms whose growth is limited by capacity, not demand. The newsletter, YouTube and free resources are open to anyone using AI to run a leaner business.
Do you offer any guarantees?
No formal guarantee — but you don’t pay the second half of a Build until it’s actually finished, and every Build includes 30 days of hands-on training and in-scope adjustments after delivery, included. All fees are final once work begins. Full payment and cancellation terms are in the Terms of Service.
